Classic MK1 Golf! Everbody loves a tidy MK1 Golf, myself included. It was the original hot hatch in GTI form and today still has a loyal following in the world over! If i could find a tidy base model i'd happily undertake it as a project to go alongside my MK2 Golf project. Anyway, here are a few examples of modified MK1s. Enjoy!
This lil white Rabbit has been built by Andy Waite of AK Bodycraft. Running a highly modified 1.8T 20v lump he manages a 9.89 1/4 mile run! Very impressive for a car with the aerodynamics of a block of wood.
